ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS’ MEETING

The Clubs’ Annual Stockholders Meeting (ASM) will be held on October 07, 2023, Saturday. For those who are personally attending, pre-registration is encouraged, and you may confirm your personal attendance by registering online. Registration may also be done on-site on the day of the annual meeting. Those who prefer to cast their vote in absentia may do so by registering online, from 21 September 2023, Thursday until 30 September 2023, Saturday, at 5:30 P.M.

Upon verification of their registration credentials, an e-mail from the Corporation will be sent containing instructions on how they can cast their votes on matters to be taken up during the meeting using the Corporation’s e-voting platform to be set up for the purpose. The e-voting platform will be accessible until 9:00 A.M. of 07 October 2023, Saturday.To register, please click below your corresponding Club membership:
