Extension of Membership Privilege to Overaged Dependents Program

Dear Valued Members,

Greetings from Tagaytay Highlands!

We are glad to inform you that effective 01 December 2020, the membership privilege may be extended to unmarried children 30 to 39 years of age of principal members in good standing. This program will run for 2 years, until 31 December 2022, and will be re-assessed thereafter.

Please be advised that expired and expiring membership privilege of child dependents will not be automatically renewed. For child dependents whose membership privilege had expired or are expiring upon turning 30 years old and still qualify for the program, kindly submit the following to the Membership Services Office to reactivate and renew their membership cards:

  • Letter of Intent
  • Duly accomplished Child Dependent’s Information Form. For a copy of the form, please click Member’s Information File.
  • Original Certificate of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR) issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority
  • Photocopy of valid passport or any government-issued ID
  • Four (4) pieces recent 1×1 colored photo in corporate/formal attire (with white background and taken during last three (3) months

For new inclusion in your child dependent list, please submit the following documents:

  • Letter of Intent
  • PSA-issued Birth Certificate
  • Duly accomplished Child Dependent’s Information Form. For a copy of the form, please click Member’s Information File.
  • Original Certificate of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR) issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority
  • Photocopy of valid passport or any government-issued ID
  • Four (4) pieces recent 1×1 colored photo in corporate/formal attire (with white background and taken during last three (3) months
