1. Submit a duly accomplished application form, 4 pcs 1x1 colored photos (white background, taken within the last 3 months),
            and 2 Letters of Endorsement from active proprietary members of the Club in good standing.
        2. Undergo an interview with one of the Membership Committee members.
        3. Expect a response from the Membership Committee within 3 weeks from the date of interview.
