Membership Requirements and Fees
Basic requirements (applicable for all types of membership):
1) Three (3) recent 1x1 pictures of the principal applicant
2) Three (3) recent 1x1 pictures each of the principal applicant's dependents (spouse and children below 21 years)
3) Certified true copies of birth certificates of the principal applicant's children (original birth certificates to be presented if photocopied)
4) Marriage contract/license
5) Photocopy of the principal applicant's TIN card
6) Check payable to The Country Club at Tagaytay Highlands, Inc. bearing the applicable fees for the type of membership being acquired plus one-month advance club dues
7) For foreign applicants, submit one photocopy each of your Alien Certificate of Registration and passport
8) Two (2) letters of endorsement from 2 regular members in good standing of any of the Highlands Clubs
9) Forms to be filled up will be provided by Belle Corporation, or may be downloaded here.

*Junior memberships are applicable to single or married children of members of TCCATH, aged between 21 to 35 years. This membership is coterminous with the regular membership of the sponsoring parent, or until the applicant reaches the age of thirty-five (whichever comes first), or if cancellation is done upon the instructions of the principal parent member.
**Php 500.00 of the monthly dues is consumable and is cumulative over 6 months.
***Since tipping is strictly prohibited, the Christmas fund is being included in the member's statement of account for 12 months in order to provide incentives to club personnel. The proceeds of the assessment are intended for use for the following Christmas-related expenses: Christmas party, cash gifts (bonuses) for all employees, and cash incentives for all deserving and outstanding employees.
Additional requirements for corporate applicants:
1) Securities and Exchange Commision (SEC) certificate of registration
2) Articles of incorporation & by-laws
3) Secretary's Certificate indicating the following:
- resolution to acquire the assignment of membership
- resolution appointing the authorized officer to sign for the assignment
- resolution appointing the authorized officer to be the official designee member
- percentage of the applicant's capital stock held by foreign owners (if none, please indicate 100% Filipino-owned)
4) Photocopy of the company's Tax Identification Number (TIN)
5) Copy of the latest General Information Sheet (GIS) submitted to the SEC
For change of corporate designee or assignment of TCCATH membership, items indicated on the list below should also be submitted:
1) for assignment: duly accomplished letter of assignment with marital consent
2) for change of corporate designee: Secretary's Certificate or board resolution on the appointment of the new designee member to TCCATH and his/her position in the company
3) certificate of clearance from the club which may be obtained from the club's accounting department
4) the membership cards of the assignor or previous designee as well as the membership cards of his/her dependents
Belle Corporation reserves the right to require the presentation of additional documents as it deems necessary. Inability to comply with any requirement may be used as grounds to disapprove an application
